Nutrition Counseling with a Registered Dietitian – Meet with your dietitian in a one-on-one session. We will create a wellness map and give you support throughout your journey. We will be able to guide you in regards to food choices without daily food tracking. Get all your questions answered and learn more about what items such as GMO, organic, low fat and more.
Health, wellness and physical assessment – Our medically trained team will be able to assess your health in regards to BMI and nutritional needs, but also guide you in regards to chronic diseases such as elevated blood pressure, cholesterol, fatty liver, Pre Diabetes, Diabetes type 2.
May include weekly GLP-1 Semaglutide injections – Clients may receive a weekly injection of Semaglutide/Vitamin B12 given subcutaneously.
Weekly Lipotropic MIC Injections – Clients may receive a weekly injection of MIC (L-Methionine, Inositol, and Choline) to facilitate more efficient fat burning. Depends on availability.

>>A Registered Dietitian(RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist(RDN) are credentialed by the Commission of Dietetic Registration(CDR) to be the food and nutrition experts. RDN has met academic and professional requirements including: Earned a bachelor’s degree with coursework approved by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND). Coursework typically includes food and nutrition sciences, foodservice systems management, business, economics, computer science, sociology, biochemistry, physiology, microbiology and chemistry. Completed an accredited, supervised practice program at a health care facility, community agency or foodservice corporation. Passed a national examination administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
The difference between a health coach/nutritionist and a Registered Dietitian – Dietitians have advanced degrees, extensive education, and training to understand how nutrition plays a role on the body. To become a health coach or a nutritionist does not require training, organization oversight, or specific standards
>>A Credentialed Physician Assistant (PA-C) Is a licensed medical professional who holds an advanced degree (Masters) and is able to provide direct medical patient care. Highly trained, able to work with patients of all ages and in a variety of medical settings including hospitals and out patient clinics. Diagnosing and treating common illnesses and performing surgical interventions. A PA is educated in general medicine and trained using a disease-centered model similar to that of a medical doctoral student. PAs are a critical part of today’s team-based approach to health care. PAs increase access to quality health care for many populations and communities.
